• Check in time is between 3:00pm - 5:00pm. Please call if any changes occur.
• Cancellation Policy: As a small establishment, short term cancellations really hurt us and are almost impossible to fill. So, we have developed a cancellation policy that we feel is fair for both our guests and us. A hold equal to one night stay will be placed on your credit card. If cancellation is made 10 days or more prior to check in there will be no charge. Cancellations less than 10 days and up to 72 hours before check in will be charged 25% of the total reservation. Cancellations up to 72 hours or failure to show will result in a charge for the entire reservation. If the reservation is filled, there will be no charge.
